Gaming Experience
Pretty much any free MMO that's in existence I've played for some time. Had accounts on both Age of Conan and Warhammer and played them for a while until all my friends abandoned. Played FPSs competitively for a while, but no longer my thing. Competed in FEAR and Call of Duty 4 leagues and tournaments, with my last competition being at NVISION '08 for CoD4.

Do you have a mic and/or Ventrilo?
Yes. I do like to play MMOs with music on, though, but it's generally low enough to hear voice chat over, and can be adjusted when I need to hear more when in raids/PvP.

Schedule
Could be on just about any time right now. In between things, and just taking 2 classes at the community college that I need for Master's/PhD programs I'm applying to that I never took in my undergrad studies. All of Tuesdays are bad right now, as well as Thursday nights, but any other time than that I'm capable of being on.


Character information
Currently level 23 Sorcerer. I've been playing solo mostly, and just generally experiencing the game instead of grinding to the top. Spending lots of time gathering resources to sell, too, or just to raise skill in it.


How did you find FiRe?
I've seen a few of your members around here and there. Haven't really talked to anyone, though. Definitely took notice of the group on the rankings in the early days and it's been a name I've recognized since.

Why are you interested in FiRe?
You all seem like a group of skilled and dedicated individuals. The dedication is what I like the most. It's definitely required to keep me interested in the game, being around people that are of the same mentality and are not going to just dump the game after a couple weeks or months.

What do you expect from FiRe?
The only thing I hope to find is a group that I will have fun with in both PvE and PvP, as well as just general chat when there's nothing else going on. Not to mention a group that will be here for a length of the game's lifespan and not just move on to the next flavor of the month when it shows up.

What sort of goals do you wish to attain in FiRe?
I'll definitely be among those that take a heavy role in PvP. I also plan to do a lot of crafting/resource gathering, and could make donations to members as needed, as well as help out anybody in need when I'm available to do so.

Will do. :) It shouldn't be longer than late tonight, got about 20% past 24 last night. I just got on to grind it out a little only to find that we have server maintenance going on right now.

Alrighty. Finally got 25. Had to grind stupid ostrich things for about 800k exp after I ran out of quests. One of my friends wants to do some Rock Band stuff for a while though, so I'll probably be gone for a couple hours. I'll try to check back here before I have to take off to my night class, and should be able to jump back into Aion somewhere around 9 or 10 tonight.

Hey guys. Just a quick question - should I be trying to get ahold of someone in game to be added, or is this still going through a review process? If the latter, no worries, and if the former, is there anyone in particular that is most likely to be around the next few days that can do that? I'm actually logging in right after I post this, and will be around pretty heavily through Monday. If anyone wants to group for quests or PvP or whatnot, feel free to give a shout (about 15% from 26 as of writing this). I've got some leveling to do after I played around in the Abyss for a while and got RESIST RESIST RESIST on all my spells against all but a handful of people I ran into. Talk about irritating.
